Payment is appreciated within 5 days, please. Also, checks are subject to holding shipment until cleared by the bank. Please print a copy of your checkout page and include it with your payment to insure proper shipping.

| Returns Policy: I provide accurate pictures and descriptions as I want you to love your purchase! If you receive any merchandise that you are not satisfied with for any reason, please contact me immediately. Any merchandise that arrives damaged will be promptly replaced. Please notify me immediately at ShellyFrederick@aol.com so that we may begin the replacement process. I do reserve the right to request the damaged merchandise be returned back to me.

| A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any non-defective merchandise returns. You must notify me within 3 days of receiving the product to receive a return authorization. These items must be returned in their original packing in which they were received. We recommend that you insure the package. Once we receive the returned merchandise you will receive a refund minus the 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
